what’s the approach to working on this piece that’s worked the best for you so far?

I work best around liked minded motivated people. I pull lots of late hours and long days when I work and being around with other ambitious hardworking students is very encouraging. Likeminded, hard working and positive people are hard to find but I have found a group of people who give me the perfect balance of company and concentration. We all care about each other and give each other great and honest feedback. I love what I do and so should the people I surround myself with. I don't rely on others to the point where I can't work alone it isn't about the number of people around me but the atmosphere. I can not do is work in a negative atmosphere. I need good vibes. The whole reason I can pull such crazy hours is cause I love what I do and the people I surround myself with. I am a good person that needs to be around good people so that good energy can flow freely around the room, and that is really when the best idea's happen. A negative atmosphere leads to less creativity, less happiness and strained work ethic. My standards about who I surround myself with are very high even in my personal life, I know what I want and what I need. For my work to be accomplished I need a strong mind and a happy heart and maybe a friend or two in the room. That is what works for me.
